Shipping & Returns

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on most orders over $150 (pre-tax) in value – please see specific product descriptions for qualification. All shipping is provided through ground transportation – please allow between 7-10 business days to receive your order or otherwise stated.

We only offer our e-store products within the province of Ontario and do not ship internationally.

For any order under $150 (pre-tax) in value, the default shipping modual will provide a shipping cost prior to check out.

Free shipping exceptions: specialty orders that are not in our current product selection may incurr a standard shipping charge. Shipping to remote locations may incurr additional shipping charges (you will be contacted prior to the order being processed).

Bulk Orders

Box carriers are only shipped to commercial addresses. Please note that we cannot accept the return of opened items, therefore it is the responsibility of the purchaser and inperative to read and understand the rear clearance specifications (tailgate clearance) of the box carrier noted on our e-store prior to purchasing.

Damaged Shipment

If it so happens that you receive a package with obvious transit delivery damage, you have the option to refuse the delivery. If this happens, please contact Jrek Autocare Ltd. immediately at 1-855-218-8181. We will contact the shipping company and initiate a damage claim. Once the claim is processed we will either issue a refund or re-send another item.

Shipping Terms

Most items are shipped within two business days.  Supplier locations and bulk orders can sometimes cause shipping times to range 7-10 business days. 

Shipping times are approximations and Jrek Autocare Ltd. will not be held responsible if purchased product(s) take longer to arrive at your destination then stated on our website.

A tracking number will be issued via e-mail once your purchase has been shipped from our location.

Jrek Autocare Ltd. reserves the right to refuse to ship any order placed on our e-store, we will inform via phone/e-mail.

Return Policy – Jrek Autocare Ltd.

Within 30 days of your shipment, you may return any of the following items to Jrek Autocare Ltd. for any reason, for a full refund (we also refund the return shipping cost, if the return is a result of error).

  • Any unopened Zaino product in the original package and condition
  • Any unopened Thule product in the original package and condition
  • Any unopened OGIO product in the original package and condition
  • Any unopened Auto Accessories product in the original package and condition

Please note that we cannot accept the return of opened items or items returned more than 30 days past delivery. We can only process returns on items purchased from Jrek Autocare Ltd. We cannot exchange items.

Proof of purchase is required for all refunds and the merchandise must be in new condition, including original box, packaging, manuals and accessories. The value of missing and/or damaged items will be deducted from the credit amount for a return.

It is the responsibility of the original purchaser to ensure that returns are adequately packaged, insured, and tracked. All shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the original purchaser unless Jrek Autocare Ltd. was at fault. Returns purchased during designated free shipping programs will be charged the current outbound shipping charge, based on the original outbound shipping method. Closeout items are non-exchangeable and non-returnable.

All product warranties are implied or stated by the manufacturer.

All uninstalled Thule carrier returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Please provide a copy of your receipt so that we can process your return. Also, label return item(s) as follows:

After packaging your item, please send it back to us via the same shipping provider which you received your order.  We will notify you via e-mail when we have processed your refund.

Replacement of defective or damaged items

  • Jrek Autocare Ltd. can only replace items if they are defective or damaged
  • Please contact us at the following coordinates to verify that your item(s) is either damaged or defective

Refunds

We will notify you of your refund via e-mail/phone after we have received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 14 business days after we receive your return.

Refund on Back Orders - A refund will be issued (within two business days) on the purchase of any product that is considered on back-order. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase.

Product Installation

  • Thule products installed at our location are non-refundable once the product has been installed on your vehicle
  • Jrek Autocare Ltd. has no control over the adjustment, re-installation of rack accessories, carriers or loads carried. Jrek Autocare Ltd. is not liable for any damage caused by the installation or use of any roof rack product
  • It is the responsibility of the customer to read all instructions and warranties
